The Calaveras County General Plan establishes the zoning density for each Circle XX lot as a minimum of 20 acres. Zoning Code 17-78-020
The new General Plan has the Circle XX lots designated as a General Land Use Catergory of RT-A (Rual Transition - A 10 to 20 acre parcels). but our building zoning code will remain RR-20.
