Circle XX has 151 lots and 3 parcels of land. Lots 1 through 7, 80, and 81 with entrances on Pool Station Road elected not to the join the Community Services District when it was established in 1989. The Community Services District formed to maintian the Circle XX roads is made up of the remaining 142 lots plus the 3 parcels that use the 10 Circle XX roads.

Above is a 1974 map prepared by an engineering company showing the perimeter of each lot in feet. Contour lines show the land elevations above sea level. The map also shows the old never developed 60 foot P & E Trails that the Pacific Cascade Land Company had in their original plans before they went bankrupt.
