Circle XX CSD has 5 Director positions

Director must live in the Circle XX

Director serves a 4-year term of office

Only Circle XX registered voters living in the Circle XX can vote in an election for a Director

Regular elections for Director are held in the November California General Election on even numbered years

Director term of office begins the first Friday in December after the November election

Director terms are staggered so that either 2 or 3 Director positions are up for election each even numbered year

Director vacancies occurring between elections may be filled by an appointee to complete an open term

Applications are obtained and processed in the Calaveras County Clerk Recorder Office

Elections are conducted by the Calaveras County Elections Office
