• 6:30pm usually on the 3rd Thursday see scheduled meeting date  (usually lasting 1 to 1½ hours)

Special Meetings as needed (one or two a year /some years none), Special Meetings are limited to a single emergency issue

All meetings must have an agenda posted 72 hours in advance on the Circle XX CSD website and on the bulletin board by the entrance mailboxes

Official meetings must have a quorum of 3 Directors

Secretary takes official minutes that are approved at the next meeting and available to the public.

All meetings are open to the public and we are covered by the Brown Act.

The Ralph M. Brown Act guarantees the public's right to attend and participate in meetings of local legislative bodies. In doing so, it outlines the way in which special districts must behave, including defining when and how meeting agendas are posted. For agencies with a website, agendas must be posted on the website at least 72 hours in advance of each meeting. 

Following is a listing by year of Board Meetings with the Agenda, the approved  meeting Minutes and a Circle XX Mailings file sent out before the meeting. The mailings file typically includes the meeting Agenda, the draft Minutes from the prior meeting for review and approval,Treasurers Reports showing the monthly financial status of the Circle XX CSD, and other material that may be discussed at the meeting.
